Liberty Roe Returns and Refunds Policy
Welcome to Liberty Roe, where your child’s happiness is our top priority. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Refunds Policy is here to make things right.
You have a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. If 30 days have passed, we want to help, but we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To make sure your return is eligible, please ensure that:
- The item is in unused, brand-new condition – just like when you received it.
- It’s still in its original, undamaged packaging.
A few items are exempt from our returns policy:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
We do require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return, so keep those records safe.
No need to ship your purchase back to the manufacturer. We’ll handle your return right here at Liberty Roe.
Sometimes, partial refunds may be applicable in these cases:
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, and it’s not due to our error.
- If you request a return more than 30 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems to be taking longer than expected, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account one more time.
- Reach out to your credit card company – sometimes, there’s a delay in posting refunds.
- Contact your bank, as there might be some processing time involved.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we can’t refund sale items.
